Rich co-founded Litmos and ThisData, both acquired, and today builds Croft, Micro, Slice, Fan Town and Yaff while leading our AI consultancy work across contact centres and large-scale conversation data. He is an early team member and shareholder of Bunny, and sits on the boards of ContactSuite, Telnet and Call Centre People.
